Plan Your Trip
It’s time to turn your dream into reality! Got most (or all) of your questions answered and you would like to start planning? Reach out to us via the Contact Form. Please fill in as many details as possible, so we can help you with planning your trip

Customize
This is the fun part (before your trip). As an award-winning custom, private wildlife safari company we will help you customise your adventure so this Safari will be the experience of a lifetime for you.

Quote
Once we have answered all your questions and have customised your trip to your best liking, we will create a quote and send it out to you, with all details, itinerary, cost and possible add-ons.
05.
Deposit & Trip Prep
Once you accept the quote, you’ll receive payment instructions for the 30% deposit that is necessary to book your Safari adventure. When paid, you’ll receive your trip preparation package – and then it’s just a matter of time until we can welcome you in Tanzania!
06.
Adventure Time
We are as excited as you are to welcome you in Tanzania, for a Safari experience you’ll never forget. Your personal guide will pick you up from the hotel and from there on it’s time to enjoy the beauty and majesty of Tanzania.
